LoCash, the country duo previously known as LoCash Cowboys, comprises vocalists, songwriters, and guitarists Chris Lucas and Preston Brust. Firt forming in Nashville, Tennessee in 2008, LoCash initially found success as songwriters, penning hits like Keith Urban's "You Gonna Fly" and Tim McGraw's "Truck Yeah." Their journey as recording artists began with the release of their debut album LoCash Cowboys in 2013 but it was 2015 single "I Love This Life" that catapulted them to mainstream success, earning them their first top five hit on the US Hot Country Songs chart that year. This momentum continued with their subsequent releases, including the 2016 country chart-topper "I Know Somebody" and "Ring on Every Finger." The latter hit was contained on the pair's third studio album The Fighters, released in 2018, and landing the number 14 spot on the Top Country Albums chart. Their fourth album Brothers arrived in 2019 via Wheelhouse Records, a division of Broken Bow Records, which they followed with several singles including 2022's "Beach Boys" featuring Mike Love and Bruce Johnston. 2024 saw the release of "Hometown Home," which went to number 54 on the US Country Airplay Chart.
