Born on 29 June 2001 in Georgia, Atlanta rapper Loui began sharing music online in 2018 and found fame on TikTok with his 2019 track "Shake Dat (Come Here Girl)." He was duly snapped up by Run-iT-Up Records and dropped 2020 mixtapes Sincere and Wass' Goin. His 2021 link-up with Saweetie, "Talkin' Bout," caught even more of a buzz and was followed by another talked-about collaboration, "Get In Get Out" with Dream Doll, released in 2022. 2023 was marked by a rash of singles, most notably Top 40 R&B/Hip-Hop hit "No Distractions" with NLE Choppa. Two full-length projects also emerged in 2023: Reimburse Her and Identical Twins.
