Melissa Auf Der Maur

Canadian Melissa Auf der Maur came to prominence in the mid-1990s as bassist for Hole and the Smashing Pumpkins. She then took the microphone for Hand of Doom, a Black Sabbath tribute band, collaborated on an Indochine single, and released her first solo album in 2004. The redheaded rocker returns in 2010 with the Out of Our Minds project, comprising an album, a film and a comic strip.
