Miro

Born on February 8, 1993 in Granby, Canada, Miro, whose real name is Miro Belzil, is a pop singer from Quebec. He began his career as a television actor. He played several roles, including Gabriel in the soap opera Destinées from 2007 to 2014, François in the soap opera Virginie in 2008, and Pelchat in the children's series Tactik from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, he formed the comedy duo Blé, along with Thierry Doucet. The duo released two albums: Avion-Papier in 2014 and Pluie de Grêle in 2015. The same year, he lands the role of Emmerick Gagnon in the film Aurélie Laflamme: les Pieds Sur Terre . Miro releases his first album in September 2019, En Retard Sur Ma Vie. On August 6, 2020, he becomes the first artist to perform on the roof of Montreal's Olympic Stadium. In the fall of 2021, he receives his first nomination at the ADISQ gala in the Revelation of the Year category. His second opus, Sablier , is released in October 2021. The songs " Assez ", a duet with Mike Clay, and " Backdoor " achieve radio success in Quebec. In April 2022, Miro releases " Ma Way ", a duet with singer Éli Rose, which reaches the top 10 of Quebec radio charts.
