Mobydick, whose real name is Younes Taled, is a Moroccan rapper from Casablanca, who began his musical career in the 2000s with the group La Sekte. He quickly made a name for himself with tracks such as "Toc toc", sung in Darija, and in 2006 won the Tremplin competition at Boulevard de Casablanca, marking a decisive turning point in his career. In 2009, he went solo with tracks such as "Ktaba Habta Ktaba Tal3a" and "Ana Machaferch", and released his album "Lmoutchou Family", which tackled strong social themes. His label Adghal Records supports other artists, and his popularity continues to grow with projects such as the mixtape "Dars Khass 9abla L'Album". Mobydick remains a key figure in Moroccan rap, renowned for his unique flow and social commitment.
