Born on August 31, 2001 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, sparkling J-pop gem Nana Mori is known best for her award-winning work on film and television, having made her movie debut as Young Natsuki NitÅ in director Naoto Kumazawa's 2017 film The Anthem of The Heart. Mori also appeared as Ume Sekiuchi in 2020 TV drama series, Yell, and played the lead role of Kiki Inoue in 2020 TBS series A Warmed Up Love, as well as the lead role of Minato Takatsuki in Saiji Yakumo's 2020 movie, Liar x Liar. In 2020, Mori began flexing her vocal cords as a singer, releasing her first single in January 2020, "Kaeru no Uta"; a cover of J-pop icon Yumi Matsutoya's (fka Yumi Arai) debut 1972 track. Mori also released her debut EP in January 2020, KAERUNOUTA, which includes "Henji Wa Iranai" and another J-pop cover, 1991's "Anata Ni Aete Yokatta" by Kyoko Koizumi.
