The daughter of Be3 member Riafinola Ifani Sari, Indonesian actress and singer Naura Ayu followed her mother's footsteps by achieving success as a child star in the 2010s. Born Adyla Rafa Naura Ayu on June 18, 2005, in Jakarta, Indonesia, she made her official recording debut in 2014 on the full-length Dongeng, named Best Children's Album at the 18th Annual Anugerah Musik Indonesia convention. Over the next few years, she would go on to win the category twice more for her albums Langit yang Sama (2016) and Katakanlah Cinta (2018), which became the first album by an Indonesian child singer to receive triple platinum certification. During this time, Naura Ayu also made her acting debut on the musical film Naura & Genk Juara, lending her voice to the movie's original soundtrack. The single "Kisah Kasih Sayang," her first release as a teenage singer, saw the light in 2021 and featured the more mature, minimalistic sound she would adopt in subsequent releases such as "Jala Tengah" (2021) and "Menikmati Sedih" (2022). In 2023, she scored her first charting effort with the single "Cinta," which peaked at Number 38 on the Indonesian Top 100.
