OMG Girlz

OMG Girlz (for Officially Miss Guided Girls) is an American R&B and pop group that began its career in 2009, while its singers were still teenagers. Originally made up of Zonnique "Star" Pullins, Bahja "Beauty" Rodriguez, Lourdes "Lolo" Rodriguez and Reginae "Baby" Carter (daughter of Lil Wayne and and Antonia "Toya" Wright), the Atlanta, Georgia-based quartet was the brainchild of former Xscape members Tameka Cottle and Keisha Miles. After appearing on a reality TV show, The OMG Girlz released their first single "Ain't Nobody Thinking Bout You" (2009), soon followed by "Haterz" and "Pretty Girl Bag" in 2010, when two of the members, Reginae Carter and Lourdes Rodriguez, decided to leave the adventure. Replaced by Breaunna Womack, OMG Girlz continued touring as a trio, signing with Interscope subsidiary Grand Hustle Records. In 2012, they released the singles "Gucci This (Gucci That)" (charting at #59 in the R&B charts) and "Where the Boys At" (#77), before touring as support act for Mindless Behavior in 2013. After splitting up in 2015, the group gave way to the solo careers of its three singers, before reuniting in 2017 for a tour, followed by the 2023 release of a long-dormant track, "Lover Boy". Back on stage with Beyoncé, Xscape and SWV in 2024, OMG Girlz released a new single entitled "Motion".
