One Million Dollar Band

Swiss duo made up of activist Sven J. Brunkow (guitar, vocals), former member of Das Elend, and his wife G. Bunkow (née Grabriela Eder), One Million Dollar Band is a primitive blues band with garage-rock overtones. In the purest independent spirit, the band produces under its own label, Bunkow Recording Factory. A debut album entitled Don't Beat Your Love was released in 2010, followed four years later by Pigs'n'Pearls (2014), in between U.S. tours in small venues. After the single "The Lightnin' Hop"/"The Dead Rooster Anthem " (2018), an album of fifty-eight tracks ranging from eleven seconds to two minutes and forty seconds, Fruitrat 1, was released in 2019. The same year sees the release of the fourth album, Nibble at the Bait, before a series of previously unreleased singles in 2020.
