Phantoms

The electronic pop duo Phantoms was formed in 2013 in Los Angeles, California, by former child actors Kyle Kaplan and Vinnie Pergola. Both had previously worked for Disney before pursuing their DJ careers, with Kaplan starring in Hannah Montana and Pergola landing recurring roles in That's So Raven and The Bernie Mac Show. Phantoms released a pair of EPs before the group's self-titled debut album appeared in 2017, spearheaded by the Top 10 dance single "Just a Feeling." One year later, the duo collaborated with fellow Disney veteran Vanessa Hudgens on "Lay With Me," which peaked at Number 24 on Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart. Phantoms continued releasing a string of Top 40 dance hits throughout 2019 and 2020, including "Say It" (featuring Anna Clendening) and "Want to Know."
