Pre'Melo

Kim Dong-gyu, known as PRE’MELO, is a South Korean singer-songwriter from Incheon. His stage name stands for "Prestige Melody," reflecting his pursuit of refined musical expression. Initially, he aspired to become a dance singer and was active in dance clubs. After enrolling in university, he realized it wasn’t the right path for him and dropped out to focus on composing. In 2013, he debuted with a single as part of a duo with Yuju, though the group was originally meant to be a trio. Over time, both members left, and he now continues as a solo artist under the same name. PRE’MELO gained recognition in the online streaming community by writing and composing "Eva Chamchi Kkongchi" for YouTuber YangPang, later collaborating with her on the track "Yojumttara". He also wrote and composed "Gidarilge" for streamer Gamst. Apart from this, he has built a strong career in commercial music, collaborating with major South Korean companies. One of his standout achievements in this field was producing the weekly idol logo song for SBS Inkigayo, working with stars like Suzy. His solo discography includes singles like "Don't Forget Me" (2024) and "Falling Into You" (2025).
