Radio 4

Nourished by all the English post-punk of the late '70s and early '80s (PiL, The Clash, Gang of Four, even New Order) and its own (considerable) club and dance heritage, the new New York scene certainly counts the Radio 4 quintet and its profession-of-faith hit "Dance to the Underground" as one of its finest jewels.
