Rae Morris is a singer-songwriter from the English seaside town of Blackpool who learned to play the piano as a child and studied music and drama at Cardinal Newman College in Preston. She played in local venues while at college and performed at the festivals in Leeds and Reading. A single, 'Don't Go', was released in 2012 and gained attention as it was used in the final episode of the popular E4 teen television series 'Skins'. She released EPs titled 'For You', 'Grow' and 'From Above' and toured with Bombay Bicycle Club, Lianne La Havas, Noah and the Whale and Tom Odell. More EPs followed until 2015 when she released her debut album 'Unguarded' which went to number nine on the Official UK Albums Chart. A second album, 'Someone Out There', was released in February 2018 with a tour of British cities.
