[re:jazz] is a German jazz group led by pianist Matthias Vogt. The idea of Infracom founders Jan Hagenkötter and Namé Vaughn, Vogt and his bandmates (as the Matthias Vogt Trio) was commissioned to create acoustic jazz pieces of their label's best-known titles for their tenth anniversary as a collaborative project with guest musicians such as Till Brönner and Joy Denalane. The project was so well-received, that they became a permanent fixture and have since released a number of studio and remix albums, all on the Infracom label, and have performed live worldwide including various European and Japanese cities.
