After various collaborations as a singer with, among others, Eric Clapton and Stephen Stills, she recorded several albums with Kris Kristofferson, with whom she married. She achieved some success ("The Way You Do The Things You Do", a Temptations cover, in 1978), compromised however by the uneven quality of her interpretations.
