A figure of the New York underground, saxophonist Robert Aaron began his career with James Chance & the Contortions before playing with the rock gotha, from David Bowie and Chic to the B-52's and Blondie. The multi-instrumentalist has also lent his touch to rappers like Afrika Bambaataa and Wyclef Jean or to the electro-world fusion of Masters At Work, and recorded several EPs. In 2010, he released his soul-jazz-flavored debut album, Trouble Man.
