Ruth-Anne Cunningham is an Irish pop singer-songwriter known best for co-writing tracks for Britney Spears, Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha, Niall Horan, One Direction and Westlife. She began writing and performing in her homeland before moving to America where her songwriting career took off with JoJo's recording of 'Too Little Too Late' in 2006. She released the track 'Take Me Away' in 2008 and featured with Professor Green on 'Remedy' (2012), Major Look on 'Heart Attack' (2015) and KO:YU on'15 Sleeps' (2015). She co-wrote and features under the name Rooty on the song 'Pray' with John Ryan (JRY), which is on the Billboard 200 chart-topping soundtrack of the 2017 feature film 'Fifty Shades Darker'. Her debut album, 'Matters of the Heart', came out in 2019 with tracks such as 'Liquid', 'It Is What it Is', 'The Vow' and 'Superman'.
