Sadandsolo

Sadandsolo is a self-taught rapper and producer who grew up between Benin and Mali, where he began rapping and composing his first tracks on FL Studio. Following the 2012 coup d'état in Mali, his family moved to France, where he pursued his career through hip-hop battles. Influenced by Lil Wayne, R'n'B, Afrobeats and dancehall, Sadandsolo also draws inspiration from soulful bands such as The Temptations and Thee Sacred Souls. Recognizable by his distinctive style (sunglasses, gloved hand), he stands out for his energetic performances. His rise to fame really began with the 360 EP (2022), produced entirely by Skuna, and boosted by the success of the track"Slide" with La Fève. In 2024, he accompanied Lala &ce on a spring tour, then played at the Dour Festival during the summer. That same year, he unveiled the 6-track Factory Reset EP, which he later reissued as a Factory Preset album, featuring three additional tracks and collaborations with Baby Neelou and Kay The Prodigy. These projects illustrate his versatility, blending soulful samples, minimalist trap and amapiano.
