In 2006, while resident DJ on Hotmix Radio twice a week, Sébastien Benett made a name for himself with his pop-rock and electro-inspired style. His podcast "House From Ibiza" became one of the most downloaded and a reference on the electro scene. He went on to sign several EPs and remixes, while the nSerial and M6 Music labels enabled him to export his work on a regular basis to the world's top clubbing destinations from 2009 onwards. In 2010, the label HFI Records (for House From Ibiza) was launched, with a series of large-scale events.n The following year, Laidback Luke signed two of his tracks, "Slap"and "Ghost Rider", to his Mixmash label, further raising Sébastien Benett's international profile. In 2012, he joined forces with Michael Canitrot, Tristan Garner, Antoine Clamaran and GregorinKlosman to form the Reepublic collective. Together, they scored a hit with their first single, "Turn Off The Light", quickly followed by "Never Comes Back". He went on to pursue his solo career, supported by some of the biggest names on the EDM scene.
