Shin Yu-jin

Shin Yu Jin (신유진), born on November 3, 1993, in Seoul, South Korea, is a Korean traditional musician and vocalist known for blending elements of gugak (traditional Korean music) with contemporary styles. She gained prominence as a member of the acclaimed fusion group Leenalchi (이날치), where she was a lead vocalist from 2019 to 2023. With her powerful voice and expressive delivery, Shin Yu Jin played a key role in bringing Korean traditional music to modern audiences. Since leaving the group, she has continued to develop her solo career, releasing a series of singles including "흥" (2023), "청" (2023), "방자" (2024), and "일몰이 아쉽지 않은 이유" (2025), all showcasing her innovative approach to Korean indie and folk-inspired music.
