Bruce Fielder, who goes by the name Sigala, is a chart-topping British DJ from Norwich, England. He learned to play the piano as a child and studied commercial music at the University of Westminster. "Easy Love," his debut single, launched his career in 2015 by reaching Number 1 on the UK Singles chart, Number 5 on the Germany Songs Chart, and Number 16 on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart in America. His follow-up release, "Sweet Lovin','' peaked at Number 3, with "Say You Do" reaching Number 5 in 2016. All three tracks went platinum in the UK and also appeared on his debut album, Brighter Days, in 2018. Brighter Days enjoyed success in the UK, where it peaked at Number 14 and featured a total of six Top 10 singles. One year after the album's release, Sigala began releasing material from a new record, beginning with the Becky Hill duet "Wish You Well." The track peaked at Number 8 in the UK and became him sixth platinum-certified hit. Another platinum duet, "Lasting Lover," appeared in 2020, this time featuring James Arthur. "Lasting Lover" reached Number 10 in the UK and was quickly followed by the Top 40 hits "You for Me" (featuring Rita Ora), "Stay the Night" (featuring Talia Mar), and "Melody." Those songs all appeared on Every Cloud, his sophomore record, which was released in March 2023.
