Silvanita y los del Quincho is a Chilean cueca group formed in January 2015 in Quilpué by Cristian Jara, with a deep passion for Chilean folklore and its national dance, cueca. The band features Silvana Vera on vocals, Sebastián Vega on guitar, Cristian Alfaro Vera on violin, Daniel Angel Calderon on accordion, David Hernandez on harp, and Hector Mafla Nuñez on bass. They made their official debut in 2016 with the album Saquense los Guantes, marking their arrival in the Chilean folk scene. Known for their vibrant performances both in Chile and internationally, they have played at numerous festivals and competitions. In 2023, the group released their second album, Bendice el Aire, which highlights their commitment to honoring Chile’s folk roots. That same year, they collaborated with Los Mismos de Siempre on the track "Maduraron las Naranjas," followed by the release of their three-song EP Con Todo el Sabor del Puerto, featuring the tracks "Felonía de Amor," "Una Acacia Marchita," and "La Soledad." Based in Quilpué, the group continues to celebrate and preserve traditional Chilean music.
