Skip&Die

Every day, the musical mix progresses and reaches a point of no return that abolishes even the notion of genre. Indeed, how would you describe a band like Skip&Die? Formed by the meeting of a South African singer and visual artist involved in the gay cause and a Dutch producer, Skip&Die sing in six languages and mix electro, hip-hop, cumbia, African music and Indian melodies with great energy. After the independent release of the provocatively titled "Love Jihad " in June 2012, Skip&Die was signed by Belgian label Crammed Discs. Released in October 2012, Riots in the Jungle soon made a splash before Skip&Die blew up the Transmisicales de Rennes stage on December 8, 2012.
