The American rap artist SleazyWorld Go launched his career with "Sleazy Flow," a debut single that began building an audience on social media platforms in late 2021 before becoming a Top 10 hit on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart in 2022. SleazyWorld Go was born was "Joseph Isaac" on January 17, 1998, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He later moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where he served a four-year prison sentence for armed robbery and began plotting his hip-hop career while still behind bars. After his release in 2020, he crafted a sound inspired by trap beats, drill influences, and street-smart lyrics. SleazyWorld Go initially focused on marketing his music to fans on various social media platforms, with "Sliding" marking his debut single in 2020. Two independent records, Big Sleaz and The Sleazy Way, were released later that year, with a popular mixtape titled Sleazy arriving in September 2021. "Sleazy Flow" went viral shortly thereafter, with the song enjoying significant popularity on TikTok and receiving remixes from fellow rappers like Yungeen Ace and NLE Choppa. In May 2022, SleazyWorld Go and Lil Baby an official remix of "Sleazy Flow," which charted well in Canada and New Zealand. The song was even more popular in America, where it reached Number 47 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Number 9 on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs list. Another collaborative track, "Step 1," followed in June 2022, featuring tag-teamed verses from SleazyWorld Go and Offset.
