Solarrio

Solarrio, born David Barenboim in Paris, France, emerged from a family of classical musicians but carved his own path in contemporary music, blending rock, hip-hop, and electronic influences. Co-founding Level Eight Entertainment in 2003, he launched his career producing for German rapper Megaloh and collaborated with industry legends like Kurupt. After studying at Berklee College of Music, Solarrio returned to Germany, producing for prominent artists like Raf Camora on acclaimed albums Raf 3.0 and Hoch 2, and contributing to Berlin's rap scene through his work with Hoodrich and Aggro Berlin. Shifting focus to his solo career in 2014, he adopted the moniker Solarrio, releasing his self-titled debut EP in 2017, followed by Isolate in 2019, and collaborating with indie artists along the way. His 2020 singles "On My Mind" featuring Niniola and "Started This Yet" marked career highlights, showcasing his versatile production and genre-blending artistry.
