SPECIAL OTHERS ACOUSTIC is a four-member instrumental band, SPECIAL OTHERS's acoustic project. The band members, gifted with middle names inspired by the legendary Afrobeat musician Tony Allen, include Yuuma "REMI" Serizawa on keyboards, Yuuya "SEGUN" Matayoshi on bass, Ryouta "TOYIN" Miyahara on drums, and Takeshi "DAYO" Yanagishita on guitar. They started in 2014 and have several releases, such as Telepathy (2018) and Lights (2014). Their 3rd album ORION was released in 2024 to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
