The group have been described as a modern take on the classic Stax sound with frontman Paul Janeway's vocals providing an authentic flavour to the band's sound. Janeway's enthusiasm for his craft coupled with his attention-grabbing dancing has endeared him to live audiences and the band's gigs have been critically well received. Their debut album 'Half the City' was released in 2014 and in its first week reached number 62 on the Billboard Album Charts. Following the release of the album the band were featured on numerous TV shows across America and were invited to open for The Rolling Stones on their Zip Code tour. The band's follow up album 'Sea of Noise' was released in 2016 and marked a new era with the raw sound giving way to a more mature and considered style of playing. They released brand new single 'Apollo' in 2018 with the announcement that it was taken from their third album 'Young Sick Camellia' released later that year.
