Formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 2008, Grammy-nominated DJ supergroup Swedish House Mafia became one of the biggest dance acts in the world with their mix of genre-melding dance-floor anthems and hugely spectacular live shows. Consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso - all top DJ/producers in their own right - the group began building an audience while playing at Cream Amnesia in Ibiza - a popular vacation island in the Mediterranean Sea - as part of Radio 1's coverage of the island's parties. They reached Number 7 in the UK with their first official single, "One (Your Name)" featuring Pharrell, which also appeared on their 2010 debut album Until One . Within two years, Swedish House Mafia had cracked the Top 10 four more times with "featuring Tinie Tempah (2010), "Save The World" (2011), "Antidote" featuring Knife Party (2011), and the international chart-topping hit "Don't You Worry Child" featuring John Martin (2012), all of which appeared on the hit album Until Now (2012). The band announced their split later that year with a world tour as their finale, but their farewell was marred by knife attacks that broke out at their gig in Phoenix Park, Dublin, Ireland. Swedish House Mafia reunited in 2018 for a series of high-profile performances. Three years later, the group released 2021's Paradise Again , scoring a pair of Swedish Top 40 hits with "It Gets Better" and "featuring Ty Dolla Sign and 070 Shake. Further singles from the album – “Redlight” featuring Sting and “Heaven Takes You Home” featuring Connie Constance – were released in 2022.
