The Album Leaf is the name of Californian musician Jimmy LaValle's solo project. Since 1999, he has been evolving in the atmospheric post-rock sphere, with a rich, grace-filled sonic oeuvre. Alone at the helm or occasionally backed up (by his friends from Sigur Ros, with whom he recorded the album In A Safe Place in 2004), this American is determined to help us discover the great outdoors. He continues his ascent with his fifth album, A Chorus of Storytellers, released in 2010.
