Soul and R&B singer, songwriter, and producer Tiffany Gouché was born in Inglewood, California. Also known as TGooch, Gouché is the cousin of musician SiR and rapper D Smoke (Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow winner). Gouché identifies as queer and her lyrics are written from a lesbian point of view. In 2007, Gouché and her cousins formed a musical songwriting collective called Woodworks. In 2012, she released her first album, LionHeart, followed two years later by Fantasy. Her first high-profile release was the 2015 EP, Pillow Talk, which brought her critical and commercial attention. Pillow Talk featured “Ready 2 Go”, one of Gouché’s best-known tracks. She began to collaborate with a variety of R&B and hip-hop artists like Ty Dolla $ign, Solange, Usher, Pussycat Dolls, Missy Elliot, Iggy Azalea, and many others. In 2017, Gouché produced Lalah Hathaway’s album Honestly.
