Katrina Taylor, aka Trina, is an American rapper who has had five releases on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and three on the Top Rap Albums Chart since her debut in 2000 with 22 tracks on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart and eight on the Hot Rap Songs Chart. Born in Miami, she started writing rap rhymes in the late 1990s for Trick Daddy. Her debut album 'Da Baddest B***h' (2000) reached number eleven on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and number 33 on the Billboard 200. 'Diamond Princess' (2002) went to number five on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and number 14 on the 200, with 'Glamorest Life' (2005) peaking at number two on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and the Rap Chart and number eleven on the 200. 'Still Da Baddest' (2008) topped the R&B/Hip-Hop and Rap charts and peaked at number six on the 200, 'Amazin'' (2010) went to number two on the Rap Chart, number four on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and 13 on the 200. In 2018, Trina joined the cast of TV reality show 'Love & Hip-Hop: Miami' which centres around the romantic relationships and careers of musicians and urban celebrities in Miami. She returned in 2019 with sixth studio album 'The One', which features singles 'If It Ain't Me' and 'Get Money' and collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz.
