The French electro duo Trinix consists of the two DJs Josh Chergui and Loïs Serre. The two hail from Lyon and founded Trinix in 2012. The duo released their debut album XIV in 2013, followed by the second album Exit in 2014 with the singles "I Can't" and "Trap Life". in 2015, the first EP and the third album Own were released under the title Alone. A short time later, Trinix was signed by Sony Music and released her album Mayday via the label in 2018, which was recorded in Los Angeles. Numerous media outlets, such as Earmilk and ThisSongIsSick, praise the duo's music as a successful blend of electro and pop music. The two musicians have also created remixes for other artists such as Big Sean ("IFWY"), Kygo ("Nothing Left"), Calvin Harris ("HDIYL") and Fergie ("Life Goes On"). Her self-produced album Altitude will be released in April 2021 with the singles "Easier", "Waffle", "Shimmy" and "Gunshot".
