Tussiwarriors is an enigmatic Uruguayan trap group hailing from Montevideo, comprising rappers Churrito, DoubleTonka, and PenjaminZaZa. Shrouded in anonymity, the trio burst onto the music scene in 2023 with their debut EP TUSSI&TONKAS, delivering a comedic yet raw portrayal of themes like drug addiction, crime, sex, and a fervent devotion to Defensor Sporting Football Club. With sharp, satirical lyrics and gritty beats, Tussiwarriors crafted a distinctive style that blends humor with the darker undertones of urban life. Their debut project captured attention across the Uruguayan trap scene, positioning the group as a fresh voice in Latin trap and a growing underground phenomenon. After releasing the EP Tussivolution in 2023, Tussiwarriors dropped their debut mixtape El Mixetape in 2024, followed by the single "Pipupipu" later that year.
