Unantastbar

The rock band Unantastbar was founded in 2004 in South Tyrol by friends Christian Heiss, Joachim Bergmeister, Mathias Speranza, Florian Wieser and Thomas Conrater in Brixen. The group's lyrics deal with everyday themes such as freedom, love, society and friendship. The debut album Unantastbar - Niemals wie ihr! was released in 2006, followed the following year by the split EP Oi! Knocks best, a collaboration with Gerbenok from Weißenfels in Germany. in 2009, the band released their second album Rebellion , followed by the album Schuldig in 2011. Schuldig rose to 33rd place in the German charts. At the beginning of 2013, Unantastbar topped this success with the album Gegen die Stille, which reached 23rd place in Germany and 66th place in Austria. At the end of May 2014, the album Fluch & Se gen was released with the singles "Aus dem Nebel" and "Für immer mein". Fluch & Segen reached 13th place in the German charts and 47th place in the Austrian charts. After further albums, the album Leben, Lieben, Leiden followed at the beginning of 2018, reaching 16th place in Switzerland, 2nd place in Germany and the top 10 in Austria. To mark their 15th anniversary, Unantastbar gave a concert as part of the newly created Gegen die Stille festival in Sterzing, South Tyrol. Over the course of their career, the band has given concerts at festivals such as Baltic Open Air, AlpenFlair, G.O.N.D. and others. The album Wellenbrecher was released at the end of August 2020 with the single "Ich glaube an mich". The album again reached number 2 in Germany and number 15 in Austria.
