Vevila Fan (范明熙), also known as Xiao V, was born in Hong Kong. She officially debuted in the music industry in July 2024 with her first single "随便放闪." Prior to her debut, she was well-known on a popular online streaming platform and ranked among the top broadcasters in Taiwan. Her sweet singing voice garnered a substantial following from Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. Fan has also appeared in microfilms and commercials, hosted a food show in Hong Kong, and co-hosted a program in Taiwan. Her debut was supported by famous musicians and singers like Zhang Jiatian, Wu Daqiang, Wei Qishan, and Han Yang, who praised her excellent singing skills, comparing her to a "walking CD."
