Jose Marie Borja Viceral, widely recognized as Vice Ganda, was born on March 31, 1976, in Manila, Philippines. He initiated his career as a stand-up comedian in Manila's comedy bars during the late 1990s, captivating audiences with his distinctive humor and wit. His considerable breakthrough arrived in 2009 when he joined ABS-CBN's noontime variety show, It's Showtime. A year later, Vice Ganda ventured into the film industry, assuming substantial roles in Petrang Kabayo and The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin, establishing his prominence in Filipino cinema and laying the groundwork for a series of box office successes. Vice Ganda also cultivated a career as a musician, performing in numerous major concerts that highlighted his musical abilities. In 2011, he unveiled his first studio album, Lakas Tama, and then a self-titled album in 2013, featuring the hit single "Karakaraka."
