Vulgo FK

Vulgo FK, born Filype Kaique da Silva, is a Brazilian rapper who has carved a distinctive space in the country’s music scene with his blend of creativity and lyrical prowess. His journey began at 16, creating acapella funk renditions of Roddy Ricch hits, a move that quickly garnered him attention online and introduced him to a wider audience. Vulgo FK’s breakthrough moment came when MC Kevin, impressed by his talent, reached out via video call to offer praise and propose a collaboration, setting him on a path to national recognition. In 2017, Vulgo FK released his R&B-flavored debut single "Meu Bem," but he soon shifted to a more versatile sound that blended elements of rap, funk, and contemporary beats. Over the years, he has delivered standout tracks like "Oi, Como Cê Tá?," "Meca Cereja," "Dolce & Gabbana," "Sal e Pimenta," and "Ballena," earning over 500 million views on his channel. His 2023 album, Perdas & Ganhos, marked a career-defining moment, debuting at number 3 on the Global Albums Chart and landing 14 of its 15 tracks on the Brazilian streaming Top 200—a milestone that also secured one of the country’s largest debuts. This huge success was followed by 2024's F**K SONGS, a 16-track that featured some of the most exciting voices in the Brazilian rap and urban scenes, including Ryu the Runner, Pedro Lotto, Nagalli, Murillo e LT no Beat, and many more.
