Since the early 2000s, the Canadian rock scene has been full of surprises. Wolf Parade is one of them. The band created a sensation in 2005 with an album, Apologies to The Queen Mary, which easily rivaled Arcade Fire. Building on this media and public success, Wolf Parade returned in June 2008 with At Mount Zoomer, a second album that was less abrasive but just as promising. The band returned in 2010 with Expo 86.
