Yade Lauren

Better known by her artist name Yade Lauren, Yade Lauren Clevers was born on April 8, 1999 in Rosmalen, a town in the Dutch province of North Brabant, part of the municipality of Bois-le-Duc. She became interested in music as a child, first learning the guitar and then the piano. At the age of 16, she began posting cover versions on online video-sharing platforms, gradually building up a large following. She went on to work with Yellow Claw, actively contributing to the success of their duet "Invitation " in the Dutch charts (#82 in 2016). In the years that followed, she enjoyed a string of collaborations and hits, including "Langs je werk" with Joanna Fraser (no. 41 in 2016), "Ze kent mij" with Snelle (no. 5 in 2019), and "Als ik je niet zie" with Kevin (no. 2 in 2020). That same year, she releases her very first album, Reflecties, which reaches no. 12 in the Netherlands. In 2021, she scored her first No. 1 with the track "In de nacht" , then hit No. 25 again in the Dutch charts the following year with her single "Toxic".
