igor Ośmiałowski aka Young Igi is a Polish rapper born on November 17, 1999. Appearing on his video channel in 2016, he made a name for himself with a duet with Pikers, "Kush", before releasing the mixtape Trappist, which reached #20. In 2018, after a series of singles, his debut album Konfetti reached No. 6 and inherited a gold disc by virtue of its six certified gold, platinum or diamond singles, including collaborations with Szpaku, Otsochodzi, Kaz Bałagane or Peja. In 2019, following the release of the mixtape !G! Tape #1, the second album Skan myśli follows suit and hits #5, earning a platinum disc and six new certified gold, platinum or double platinum singles for the duo "THC" with Włodi. Two singles follow in 2020, before the formation of the OIO trio with Ostochodzi and Oki, who record a homonymous album charting at No. 3 in 2021. Young Igi continued as a duo with Żabson for the award-winning album Amfisbena (ranked No. 2 in 2022), then resumed his solo success with Notatki z marginesu, released at the end of the year and constituting his first album ranked No. 1. In 2024, his successor Ekskluzywny głód reached No. 3 and earned a gold disc, as did its two singles. The same year followed a duet with rapper Bambi on "Kształt miłości", a track charting at No. 12 and taken from the homonymous mixtape.
