A Montreal native, Bisson began her music career in 1984 studying under William Stevens before graduating with a Classical Piano Bachelor’s degree at the Université de Montréal. In 1984 she won the renowned Du Maurier Search for Stars competition in Canada before being invited to open for Chilliwack during their Middle East Christmas Tour on behalf of the Canadian Armed Forces, where she performed in Germany, Israel, Egypt and Cyprus. Re-released again in 2013 as a new deluxe edition through Universal Music Canada, Blue Mind has gone on to sell more than 10,000 copies to date. 2011's Portraits & Perfumes is a collection of jazz standards and original compositions including a cover of Pink Floyd’s “Us and Them”. She has toured globally since with performances in Québec, U.S.A., and Europe.
