Anthony Gomes is a Canadian-born blues-rock singer and guitarist born on 14 May 1970 in Toronto, Ontario to a Portuguese father and a French-Canadian mother. With a career spanning over two decades, his sound draws from the blues, influenced by legends like B.B. King and Stevie Ray Vaughan, while also incorporating southern rock and soulful elements. His debut album Blues in Technicolor came out in 1998 and he went on to record numerous albums during the 2000s and 2010s, including 2008's Primary Colors, 2015's Electric Field Holler, 2018's Peace, Love & Loud Guitars, and 2022's High Voltage Blues.
