Born in Mexico in 1958, Arielle Laure Maxime Sonnery, aka Arielle Dombasle, has since made a name for herself in a variety of artistic fields: film, television, theater, directing and song, both lyrical ( Extase, 2003) and pop(Amor, Amor, 2004). Sophisticated and precious, the wife of philosopher Bernard-Henry Lévy is what you might call a jack-of-all-trades. After collaborating with Katerine on Glamour à Mort! (2009), the light-hearted singer returned to a repertoire that suits her like a glove on Diva Latina (2011). In 2013, she combines sacred tunes and new age ambient music in Arielle Dombasle by Era. Two years later, her curiosity led her to adopt a new musical landscape, 1950s rockabilly, for the album French Kiss, in collaboration with The Hillbilly Moon Explosion. Another rock experience followed in 2016, with Nicolas Ker for the English-language La Rivière Atlantique.
