Artemas

Born Artemas Diamandis in Oxfordshire, UK, the prolific and eclectic bedroom pop multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer known as Artemas began his career in late 2020 with debut single "High 4 U" and quickly earned a following with subsequent singles like 2021's serotonin booster "I'm Trynna Tell U That I Love U" and indie jam "Real Life" as well as heartfelt missive "I'm Sorry" (2022). The latter track anchored his debut full-length, I'm Sorry I'm Like This, which was also released in 2022 and showcased the versatility of his songcraft. 2023 was marked by a prolific output from Artemas, with new singles turning up regularly, from the romantic ballad "Can't Stop Loving You" and the twisty pop of "Tattoos" to the alt-R&B of "cross my heart" and the hyperpop-flavoured "if u think i'm pretty," a viral hit, which went on to achieve gold status in Australia and was featured on his second mixtape Pretty. In the spring of 2024, he was given his first taste of number-one fame with the single "I Like the Way You Kiss Me," which topped the charts in multiple countries worldwide, including Germany and Sweden. The track served as the lead single from his third mixtape Yustyna, released in July of that year. Despite not entering the UK charts, the release earned Artemas his first Billboard 200 entry at number 147.
