Béatrice Ardisson started out as a stylist for Kenzo under her maiden name Béatrice Loustalan. Passionate about fashion and clubbing, she met host and producer Thierry Ardisson, whom she married on April 2, 1988. At the end of the 1990s, she began to devote herself to musical illustration for the TV show Paris Dernière. La Musique de Paris Dernière Vol.1 came out in 2000, inaugurating a brilliant seven-volume series of kitschy, offbeat covers. Béatrice Ardisson also initiated the Mania series with Cloclo Mania in 2003. Béatrice Ardisson also pursues a career as a DJ, providing sound effects for prestigious venues such as Le Fouquet's and the Louis Vuitton Boutique. Love from Jaïpur was released in December 2009, and may foreshadow a new series devoted to mythical cities.
