Clara-Jumi Kang is a classical violinist from Germany. After making her concert debut with the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra at the age of five, her family relocated to America and enrolled Kang on a scholarship to Juilliard School where she studied under renowned violinists Hyo Kang and Dorothy Delay. Throughout her career, Kang has performed with European orchestras Rotterdam Philharmonic, Leipzig Gewandhaus and Kremerata Baltica as well as New Jersey Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony and Atlanta Symphony in America and New Japan Philharmonic, Hong Kong Sinfonietta and Taipei Symphony in Asia. She released her debut album, 'Modern Solo', in 2011. She followed this in 2016 with 'Schumann & Brahms'. She frequently performs at chamber music festivals around the world.
