Claudia Bouvette is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born on July 5, 1995, in Montreal, Quebec. She started exploring her love for music at an early age and, by the time she entered high school, she was already composing her own works and playing the piano, guitar, violin, and flute. In 2016, she released the single "What I Wanna Say," which earned her a lot of attention. Around this time, Claudia Bouvette also started her career performing on television, though she returned to music in 2019 to release her EP Cool It. The EP features a dance-influenced sound with some hip-hop elements. It achieved an accumulated 6.5 million streams across different streaming platforms. Over the course of the next few years, Claudia Bouvette worked with Vincent Roberge from Les Louanges to hone her songwriting and production. Her first full-length album, The Paradise Club, was released in 2022. The album was co-produced and co-written with Connor Seidel and blends electronic and acoustic elements with pop music. The album received nominations at the GAMIQ 2022 awards, including Album of the Year.
