It's hard to imagine a jam session between Tryo, Le Pied de la Pompe, No One Is Innocent, Massilia Sound System, Le P'tit Son, Alee and La Rue Kétanou. Yet that's what Collectif 13, a sort of supergroup on the French alternative scene, has been offering since 2015. Gathered around Tryo's Guizmo and Gérôme Briard of Le Pied de la Pompe, Gari Greu (Massilia Sound System), Mourad Musset (La Rue Kétanou), Alee, Erwan Cornec (Le Pied de la Pompe), Fred Mariolle (No One Is Innocent) and Max Raguin (Le P'tit Son) have been meeting at regular intervals since 2013. A number 13 that is something of a lucky charm for the collective, who release a debut album featuring thirteen tracks, including the song "13". Released in March 2015, the album 13 entered the top album charts, but failed to reach number thirteen (no. 71).
