Dayglow is the brainchild of American indie pop singer and songwriter Sloan Struble, born on August 10, 1999, in Aledo, Texas. Even though he is the sole creative force behind the group, he is accompanied by bassist Peyton Harrington, drummer Brady Knippa, keyboardist Norrie Swofford, and guitarist Colin Crawford. Sloan Struble became interested in music at a very early age, learning how to use GarageBand production software to record bass, guitar, keyboards, and drums. He first began releasing music under the name KINDRED, which was also the title of his first album, released in 2017. By the end of the year, he had already adopted the Dayglow moniker. He released his debut album as Dayglow in 2018, titled Fuzzybrain. He began touring extensively, participating in festivals such as Austin City Limits. In 2021, he released the songs “Close to You” and “Can I Call You Tonight?,” which received gold certification partly due to its popularity in social media apps. That same year, he released his follow-up album Harmony House. In 2022, Dayglow released the album People in Motion, whose lead single “Then It All Goes Away” reached Number 43 on the Rock Airplay Top 50 in the US. This was followed by the release of a second promotional single titled "Deep End."
