DinDin – born Lim Cheol in Seoul, South Korea on November 20, 1991 – is a rapper and TV personality. Influenced by South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer G-Dragon, he became interested in hip hop and pursued a career in music. In 2013, he came to prominence as a contestant on the talent series Show Me the Money 2. While he did not win, his skills as a rapper were noticed by the music industry. His first single, “Rain Sunshine (Be Happy)” was released in 2013, followed a year later by “No Limits” (featuring Mayson the Soul). DinDin was also featured on singles by 2LSON (2013’s “Emotion”), Yena (2013’s “So Hard”), and NS Yoon-G (2014’s “A Snowy Day”). DinDin continued to release a string of singles including “Slow Letter” with B.O. (2016), “Super Super Lonely” (2017), and “Malibu” with GRAY (2019). He issued his debut album, Goodbye My Twenties, in 2019. The album charted at Number 56 on the album charts. After several more singles including “I’m Not Myself When I’m Around You” (2021). He released the Little Waves EP in November 2021.
